Creamy Tuna Noodle Casserole


1/2 lb. egg noodles, uncooked
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked
1 (16 oz.) can peas, drained
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1/3 c. milk
3/4 c. grated Parmesan and Romano cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. crushed potato chips

Cook noodles and drain. Combine noodles, tuna, peas, onion and green pepper in small bowl. Blend soup, sour cream, milk, cheese and salt and pepper. Add noodles to mixture; mix well. Pour in a 2-quart bowl. Top with chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Serves 4-6.
