Sesame soy chicken


800 g Skinless boneless chicken breasts
lime juice
2 tbsp soy sauce
all-purpose flour
2-3 eggs
salt
pepper
300 g sesame seeds
2tbsp breadcrumbs





Slice chicken into larger strips. Drizzle with lemon juice and soy sauce.
Roll in flour, then dip in scrambled eggs (in which you previously added salt and pepper), and finally roll them in a mixture of sesame seeds and bread crumbs.
Fry them until they become crispy brown.
Tip: Sesame can be replaced with chopped almonds.
