Cream pancakes




Ingredients

8 dkg of melted butter
5 egg yolk
4 tablespoon of sugar
5 tablespoon of flour
tablespoon of warm milk
5 egg whites
1 chocolate 
1 cream


Preparation


Make egg white snow. In other pot mix butter, sugar and egg yolks. After all is stir well add flour, milk and at the end egg white snow.


That is the mixture we'll fry on oil in fryer pan, but just on one side. Soft (non bake side) we sow with chocolate.

Stow pancakes one on other and at the end cover them with cream and put to hot oven to bake for very short time and cut them hot as cake.


Serve hot!
